Rey's Legacy

Rey made a name in Davao City through his Photography Studio, his business ran for almost 3 decades! 

Rey has always been into photography, unknowingly he started his passion in photography when he was a kid, he used to make a photo camera out from an empty small box and took pictures. When he was older he then bought a Camera (Film), took thousands of photos and made almost a hundred of photo albums.

Back then being a photo hobbyist is very expensive, you have to buy hundreds of films, pay for thousands of printing the pictures you took and hundreds of photo albums to store them, but he didn’t gave up his passion, unknowingly it led him to start a new business venture.

In the early 1990’s Rey started filming friends weddings for free to sharpen his skills, over  a period of time Rey started a photography business from home until customers expands he rented a studio in Rizal St. Davao City and Rey Rellon Photo & Video Studio was born.

During the early 2000’s Rey Rellon Studio dominated Davao City’s wedding photography, serving over 40-50 weddings and events in a month, serving clients after clients from the baby’s baptism to 18th birthday up to the wedding, that’s more than 20 years of a single client’s loyalty. Rey created a good relationship to his clients, that what makes him excel in the business.

Rey has a big heart of helping young aspirant photographers by hiring them and mold them to their potential, most them now in their own photography business.
